Architected the end-to-end S/4HANA greenfield landscape, focusing on complex Trade-to-Cash business processes and inventory valuation modeling via Material Ledger. Led the overarching design strategy while managing a team of 4 solution architects and 8 ABAP developers.
S/4HANA Global Technical Upgrade (1709 to 2023)
Lumber Industry S/4HANA 2023 Fiori Technical Upgrade
Served as the overall Technical Lead for a major S/4HANA version upgrade. Successfully executed deep system performance optimizations, custom program redesigns, and a complete modernization of the Fiori launchpad.

FMCG FI-CO Core Model Finance & SSC
Defined and steered the IS Finance roadmap for a €5+ million worldwide Shared Services Center transformation. Designed the FI-CO Core Model and orchestrated its roll-out across multiple business units while ensuring strict compliance with local legal requirements.
